However, no app, device, server, password, or method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We work to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We keep your account information and vault content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

When you delete photos, videos, albums, folders, or other vault content, deleted items may be moved to Trash and retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

Some information may be retained longer if needed for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
