Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Our Eyes Only account and all of your associated data at any time. Choose either option below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open the Our Eyes Only app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

If the in-app option is not available on your version, use Option 2 below.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email us from the email address on your account so we can verify it's you:

Use the subject line "Delete my account" and include the username on your account. We will confirm and process your request.

Delete individual photos, albums, or other content

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific content. In the app you can delete individual photos, videos, albums, and folders at any time:

  1. Open the photo, video, album, or folder you want to remove.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Deleted items move to Trash and are permanently removed after up to 30 days. You can empty the Trash to remove them sooner.

To request removal of specific data without deleting your account, you can also email oureyesonlyoeo@gmail.com.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are processed promptly, and account deletion is typically completed within 30 days of your request.
